I saw this little item on popgadget and thought: I bet just about every BlogHer could use one of these. (Except Halley Suitt who is, we learn today, a woman who prefers a bath.) I have definitely reached either the age, or the level of busy-ness, that necessitates my writing something down if I actually want to have a hope in hell of remembering it. Now, I haven't noticed flashes of brilliance hitting me in the shower particularly, but somehow I think having this erasable note tablet in the shower would inspire such flashes.
At the same time, I feel a little obsessive admitting this appeals to me. Who's with me?
I'm with you. I have a little notebook next to my bed and a bunch of pens, and in recent months I have begun using it almost daily - usually as I am worrying something like a dog with a bone on my way to sleep.
Now if the shower thing could upload to your PDA, THAT would be something...

:D Oh, this appeals to me, Elisa!
I can't count how many blog post ideas, sentence structures, and just words-I-want-to-use have happened to me in the shower.
Do water and soap facilitate thought somehow?
Perfect gift!

This is an awesome tool!
I've always hoped I could take notes in the shower some day...

I wonder - are bathtub ideas different from shower ideas?
And I get my very best ideas whilst swimming but even with one of these pads I don't think i could write and swim at the same time. Pity.

Oh, I'm so glad I'm not alone!
No, I suppose you get ideas in the tub too, and I suppose you could hang it the same way...only lower :)

I want one. It beats trying to write on the fogged glass.

Just last night I was cursing as shampoo ran down my face and I attempted to write something down on a pad of paper outside the shower, resulting in wet pages, a wet floor, and a large mess, although I also had some satisfaction that I managed to get down my thoughts before it was too late. Yes, this gadget will be AMAZING!

Oh my! I bought one for me for xmas! But the sad thing is ever since I put it up in my shower I haven't had one really creative thought or great idea. What does that mean??

I think it's a great idea, as I regularly get "great ideas" in the shower. (I don't know what it is about water and creativity; old Hollywood screenwriter Dalton Trumbo actually had a setup that allowed him to type in his bathtub. So I know I'm not alone...)
